I do not think it's about the second division announcement because then they wouldn't have advertised it as a "surprise" , neither do I think that it is about VAR. As @munna said, the technical expertise simply isn't there.

I guess it is something else.

Pedro Manzi moving from India's second division to Japan's second division is a great move for the player. He will get to play is a real competitive league.

First of all I league is not a 2nd division but the official cup tournament of India, 2nd Sagan Tosu is in J league 1 which is Japanese first division if you think its a 2nd division then its probably your hatred for I league which is blinding you.
