New commentator in IL today

@goalkeepar Commentators this season have been local lads according to venue. They are commenatating from stadium. Pulastya Dhar used to commentate from a studio infront of TV.

Wrong Pulasta Dhar and Sonum Chakorboty are both travelling commentators, there travel was paid by instat they don't commentat in TV studio but in stadium, Star use to do TV studio commentary to save travel cost.
