Lol... Its funny to see EB fans crying to defend there team, stats says other things, Churchill had more shots on target then EB.. EB was Lucky to get a point
The way Bagan has been playing this year, they look to be a runaway winner this year. If they win the next 3 matches, then they would emerge as the Champion with 3 more matches to be played!
In a long long time, I-League this year has looked pretty one sided. The competition is basically who is the runner up, since as per the current standing, any Team from Nos. 2 to Nos.7 has the possibility to be the runners up.
I think, between ISL and I-League teams, Bagan is the most consistent team - especially with the way they are playing. This style of play requires detailed planning, doing proper homework of every opposition, executing strategy on the ground with complete precision - and everything with the available resources. Excepting for Baba Diawara, none of the Bagan players have a very envious CV, but have been extremely effective. If one watches Bagan's matches & the players in action, it is almost like a software is programmed in each of them & they are just executing them like a robot - complete no nonsense & hardcore professionals! When have an Indian club/NT played with one touch football & with a flurry of passes amongst themselves? This is where Kibu deserves kudos and if u compare ATK's football style(defensive and long ball), with that of Bagan, its Bagan who are a treat to watch, is attacking, playing innumerable passes - which I have not seen any team(barring BFC under Roca) who has played that way.
The irony is both can't feature in ATK next year - simply b'cos of Habas' antics and his style of play/demeanour doesn't matches with Kibu's coaching philosophy.
This MB team will be dismantled after this season, before you abuse me I have to tell this was said by your own officials who confirmed they will release all players and coaches.

Amount kuchh badhao!
so this type of dominance was not possible in previous era of I-league
and in isl BFC dominated first 2 league seasons just like this...
