He has got a very interesting profile like Lobera.. Was coach of the year in Greece in last season before a bad eye infection hospitalised him for a long time and had to leave the job.
@sam None of us denied ISL folks did not spend money. They brought people which never happened in history credits to that.
But Sam think about it man. Has it made indian football grow. Do they care about youth development? What player did they even produce which is completely through their system.
They are as of now signing players from I-league clubs and arrows and saying they are their products. They dont even make efforts to sign someone younger or have academies. How is this better ?
I just raise points when i find it wrong. does not mean I'm a hater if ISL is improving indian football, then count me in as ISL Bhakt only i dont care
@sam well it's true IFN is not pro ISL because it precedes ISL. IFN is one of the rare sites where folks have good knowledge of Indian football unlike other social media platform.May be because we are ancient 😋. I am sure all members here wanted the best for indian football
Funny 4-5 years back i remember me, arsenalfan and many members here were supportive of the new league and felt the argument then raised by Gaffertape and few others were just too critical for a new league.
Honestly i hope ISL succeeds and sustain for the sake of Indian football but as we struggle to beat Bangladesh and a Maldives club knocking out one of our strongest club makes me whether wonder if Gaffertape was right.
