Prashant improving day by day. He is too young to judge. The main problem for him is he didn't got much training. He is came from local sevens. And directly to isl.
C'mon, Sahal is our most creative and best midfielder by a long long shot. You can't drop him (unless his form is horrible). But how is Reynier playing?
Short passing style of football is new to Sahal. But he has played a more difficult david james style of football, which cannot beexplained inshort words, wait theres a correction * no body can explain david james style of football.

Sahal was dropped initially when he was in good form with NT. Then when he was given an opportunity I think he tried to overdo things instead of keeping his game simple. That is why maybe few felt he was trying to be too flashy. Eelco did not do much to give him confidence. Blame his football I still believe James did a better job in giving younger players more confidence than Eelco is doing right now.
Right winger : Farukh has been playing really well.... He has to be no 1 choice.. Len, Jacki, VP singh (arrows) or Jerry can be 2nd choice .. Need to drop Udanta, Poojary from squad.. Coz even if he is in the squad as 2nd choice , star striker will train only with him (four flags) & not the other winger, will say he is crossing well, good understanding, fast etc and then coach will be forced to select the RW....
Left winger: Nandha (coz he has work rate and a good cross as well which stimac wants) as no 1 choice as of now, with Nondonba Nongrum (MB) / Soosairaj (anyway Stimac does n't like him saying excuses like work rate) as no 2 choice... Need to drop inconsistent Chhangte, inexperienced & confused Ashique and clueless Narzary from 35 man squad.....
Sahal is also not the same player anymore. He has definitely lost a lot of confidence with less minutes under Elco..some new guys should be making it to the camp like Jerry,Nandha, Soosai, Jitender, maybe Shubham etc
