Agree none of the new set of N.T players has confidence to score goals. But it takes time. I don't think even next set of players can come closer enough to Chhetri. It would be great even if we can find a striker like Jeje.
After few bad games, we don't want Manvir, Liston , Bipin, Farukh & Ishan. Now we don't even want Rahim Ali in N.T setup. One good thing about Rahim is he can shield the ball very well just like Jeje . He is very young and will definitely improve.
Despite scoring goal, Manvir lost possession many times from goal scoring opportunities today. Even clubs needs to be blamed, as almost all Indian players in their clubs just taught to pass the ball to foreign player.
Looks a good team on paper but most of the players are actually devoid of competitive football for most parr of their career in past year.So its going to be a difficult tournament for them. Though hope they make us proud.

Lot of the players played more matches as U-17 WC preparation than their entire professional career combined.
