Manolo Diaz is an academy coach and has poor or no skills against an experienced coach like Habas. The starting formation was horrendous, even a kid wouldnt play a 3 man defense when you are starting with the likes of Jairu and Hanmate in midfield. Also why are Jairu, Hanmate in the squad when you have Adil, Amarjeet and Jacki? The foreigners brought in by the coach dont speak Spanish, coach doesnt speak English. Sree Cement should leave the club immediately, they are as unprofessional as the legacy assholes, not one bit better.
Only way out is sack this coach immediately, let the team be managed by Mridul Banerjee, he cant be worse than this, release all foreign players in January window and get players like Pedro Manzi, Marcus Joseph, Bright Enobakhare, etc.
@EastBengalPride what a reversal in your analysis. I think it's too harsh given the shitty squad. Sree cement is unprofessional along with legacy and never really care to win. Even conte struggles in totenham. Same goes for Manolo if your squad is shitty you can only do so much. And as far as language you're right he doesn't speak other languages. But if you look at Castilla they have players from all around the world. I'm sure he has experience handling them.
I will continue to say East Bengal and ATK MB for reasons I have already mentioned umpteen times in this forum...MB as a club no more exists, it has "merged" with ATK to become a new club, ATK Mohun Bagan. East Bengal club exists, Shree Cement is only the investor. So SC East Bengal is saying the same thing as East Bengal, just as Kingfisher East Bengal and Mcdowell Mohun Bagan were basically the same as EB and MB.
In fact, it would be more appropriate to call ATK Mohun Bagan as ATK because the club has retained more the less the core of the erstwhile ATK--the coach and most of the players!

6 weeks of preseason with 4 pre season freindlies. If you are still starting with Jairu, you are a shit coach, period.
