Am i the only one who finds it stupid BFC made Ashique a full back so they could accommodate both him and Udanta but Ashique still offers much better attacking vice then Udanta. 

He's obviously struggling as a full back and need to be moved back to winger

It was basically Carles who did this and also as a backup to Nishu Kumar

He is an excellent people manager. His players always play for him. Valskis, Sabia, Alex all jumped ship for playing with him. This season with Stewart they look threatening in final third. He is probably the only coach from UK who actually loves working here and has results to back it up.
