The Government of Goa has permitted 100% use of the seating capacity at the stadium. In accordance with safety protocols at the stadium, attending fans need to be either fully vaccinated, with a minimum gap of 15 days from their last dose, or with a negative RT-PCR report of within 24 hours at the time of entry. Wearing face masks at all times will be compulsory.

but it was 100% capacity no? or have they reduced that.
The tickets for the finals are available at the BookMyShow.com website, where the fans can buy the tickets and watch the finals. There are, however, no restrictions based on the stadium and seating capacity. 100% of fans will be allowed to attend the game as per the permission of the Government of Goa.

BTW regarding face masks, I find it uncomfortable. Even in movie theatres, many people keep it on the chin, including myself
tickets sold out when the full time whistle was blown. most of the fans booked during the first leg itself.
