Dude these cities are big with Women's talent. Also yes I would have put in Shillong or Punjab but if we do start a league we would need to start at 8 teams not 10 so it will be lower costs to run the league. Maybe if year 1 is a success for the women's league then fine add two more expansion teams.
If we do start a new league for women then it will need to be done slowly so that the AIFF knowns its not losing money and the clubs know they are not losing money because while Women's football is easy to be top 20 at it is still a part of football that will suffer financially.
