I think Indian coaches dont easily take this approach, I guess Arrows did this coz of its connection with Rob Baan, but then I cant be sure

Finally going to see one of my favoured formation.... but guys dont you think the european countries have shifted from 4-3-3 to 4-2-3-1
the 4-2-3-1 looks like this:-

<br><div><br></div><div>In arrows the attacking wingers were tracking back all the way to their defence, so one can see fela/ajay singh helping out in defence!!! so its much like ur new formations...these are very flexible</div>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Verdana;">I think 4-2-3-1 is pretty similar to 4-3-3 only thing is that there is an extra attacking mind-set player in earlier formation and </span><div><span style="font-family: Arial, Verdana;">also i feel that in 4-3-3 the squad will have better stabilty between attack and defense that 4-2-3-1 where defense gets a bit fragile if not have good players in dmc/mc position</span></div>
@rudra da in 4-2-3-1 the 3 am constanly change their position among themselves. these players trackback to a certain level moreover in such new formations the defence starts from the forwards pressing for the players
@shankar thats the reason there are 2 dm instead of 1 to compensate for the cam not tracking back
<br><div><br></div><div>that CAM position is owned by Alwyn </div> (*)
<br><div><br></div><div>yea in the last match which i saw of arrows of round 24/25...alwyn was seen all over the park defending, attacking and holding the ball..</div><div>he is perfect for that CAM role in arrows...</div><div>may be for our national team we gonna need a guy like him but bit more physically stronger</div><div><br></div>
