Arthur Pappas ,the head coach of AIFF academy!!!!......... that's some great news..So ,who will be the u23 coach - who most probably will be a foreigner....I have some doubts - Pappas payed by whom - FIFA or AIFF ? . Will he be the head coach of Mumbai academy alone...

I dont mind the regional view when selecting players. In fact I would love to see that as a rule in the I-League U20 where teams must submit a 21-man team and that 15 of the 21 players must be from the state the team in located. Thus more chances for more kids in a region.
