What a change as compared to last year.. no longer the whipping boys... what a difference a good qualified coach does!!!...
I remember the clubs coaches & respected footballers were dead opposed to the concept of PA and were lambasting AIFF...now the aiff concept has come to fruition , these same coaches now struggle to beat the young adults!!..
Papas will be surely in demand to by the I-league clubs now ..hopefully this will make our other coaches follow his best practices..

Thats the scary part... future Mohun Bagan coach.
I don't see that at least until October 2014. Also, I don't see Arthur Papas fitting in the MB scheme of things any time soon given his very progressive approach to football coaching. It's too much to expect such a drastic change at MB
