We could also use 1 of Sikkim or Shillong. We could also use the Salt Lake which would need more bucket seats for the World Cup and the AFC U-22 Asian Cup and I am sure the IFA would help with that. Also we have the Nehru Stadium in Delhi which can host the Final.</div><div><br></div><div>So basically.</div><div><br></div><div>16 teams. 4 groups on 4. So 2 Stadiums can be used.
