I feel that it was not even the best playing XI. Many talented players like S K Uthappa, Nikin thimmaiah, Affan yousuf were left out. Foreign coach will always be unsuccessful in any big tournament for India. Foreign coach insist that defenders instead of first time clearance of ball to safety insist that the defensive players pass the ball in our own D to make a move. We have conceded many goals on losing posession doing that. It cant go worse then this. Return to traditional hockey style with Indian coaches. Atleast it looks pleasant.
