West Bengal state athletics meet is going on in Kolkata. State sports department has arranged a temporary structure on ground made up of sackcloth for the participants. No bed no near by bathroom or no facilities. They have to spend night on floor. When asked about this poor infrastructure one of the official answered : participants should adapt with every condition outside their home. What an idea sir ji. Just want to tell him a big *uck off.
