<br><div><br></div><div>I also didnt want the strict aggressive nationalism sort of mentality in players....</div><div>but all i am interested to see our government come up with system from where we get to see young talents get to come up in ranks to national and international stage and prove their talent successfull with proper system and structure something like this:</div><div>school level > district level > State level > zonal (at this place the regional top youths given all needed training) > National championship</div><div>in this route we will get more intense competition for the youths and also could give them needed experience so that they dont get nervous of competitive field at international stage and the transformation could be easier..</div><div><br></div><div>And more importantly the age group be decided according to sports....for eg sports like swimming, gymnastics etc should have age group of u=8,u-11,u-15 and senior </div><div>while for track and field events it may start from u-12,u-16 as it calls for some good physique...</div><div><br></div><div>This may not be that tough to design for our nation if they sit with the former players and pen out their ideas of how the game is run in other countries and all</div>

<br><div><br></div><div>None of national team player signed WSH....the only big name was i suppose arjun halappa who is good experienced player but wont have made much of difference to result</div><div><br></div><div>I think it all ended in mental strength of the players who got bit over excited about the big stage of olympics more than anything......Last time we faced belgium in champions challenge the same team was playing at least 2-3 times better than what was on display in olympics against same opponent</div>
Still I mean the Olympic players did nothing before the Olympics. At least the WSH players had played recently in a league. Maybe the new league coming next year will do well for the players.
