So,Age with Talent comparison shows us the talent and potential that an Athlete has and what we should expect from in times to come.

It is a very very small event as compared to Olympic Games. Probably 1 % budget as compared.
The conditions are that no new stadium should be built. Only criteria is an Athletics staddium with minimum 10 thousand capacity and Aquatics center with 2500 capacity. budget should be around 30 million Dollars. Compare that to Billions being spent on Olympics.
