 In 4*400m Mixed Relay (Mohd Anas Yahiya, Poovamma MR, VK Vismaya, Arokiya Rajiv) clocked 3:16.47 to fetch the medal

If Hima Das was fit, we could have got Gold.

Vismaya ran a very poor third lap. She squandered a huge lead to Bahraini Salwa Eid Naser and also fumbled in Baton exchange to Rajeev.

Sanjeevani Jadhav Wins Bronze in Women's 10000m. She gave her personal best.

Also,Nikhat Zareen in yesterday's Quarter Finals beat 2 Time World Champion from Kazakhstan, so amazing performance from Nikhat as well.

Boxing SemiFinals are tomorrow 25th April

Yep.We have the highest number of Boxers in the Semifinals.I think for the first time ever.
7 Men and 6 Women(13).

Followed by Kazakhstan who have 11(7 Men and 4 Women) and China with 10(2 Men and 8 Women).

Let's hope we capitalise and bring in Maximum number of Gold Medals.
