There are 10-12 thrower's who throw 88 m and above and he is one of them. It really depends on the day. In my opinion, he ideally needs to throw 90m to be one of the serious medal contenders but there is no guarantee with 90 m as well. However, on a particular day 88m can also fetch him a medal.

However, speaking purely of the distance, means he is our best medal bet in Athletics (outside medal bet though), (not a firm medal bet, like Bajrang, Vinesh, Ravi Shooters, Amit and many other boxer's are firm medal bets).
