But my question is Brandon going to EPL club for trial-does that mean he is one of the best youngsters in ASD?? I believe he is one of the better one's but maybe not the best..so why did other kids not get a chance in top clubs especially after the Europe tour??

Brandon is probably not as good as those two Belgian league players. Remember that if Brendon signs he would only play at the u18 or maybe u21 level. These South Africans are first-team.
Nothing against Reading (they are a premier league team right now after all and I personally like their manager) but would have preferred if he went to a club with had a better academy setup.. Blackburn( I know they are a mess as a club but their academy is still highly rated), Crewe Alexandra,Crystal palace,Middlesbrough... If it had to premier league then it could have very well been Southampton
Let's see how the trial thing goes! Hopefully some of the other clubs are keeping tabs too.

You are forgetting one important aspect, he is an Indian and surely if any club signs then they are also looking at the Indian market
