How are these Age group teams selected ? Why not conduct Open trials at each state like Minerva or RFYS.. Why are Bibiano, Panda etc conducting secret trials and scouting...  Looks like Same applies for AIFF elite academy as well....

@SiV India u15 team has few players from Minerva, Sudeva.. They would not have been there in the team, if the trials were conducted secretly

Have watched today's game.. Few players are too good... Seems like this batch will upset strong Asian teams

Bibiano is a fantastic youth coach and the antonym of Bibiano is Pinto

I have a suggestion - Instead of AIFF spending a bucket load of money in sending our youth NTs on exposure tours to countries like Thailand, malasia, or to tournaments like OIC u19 where we play random clubs or weaker nations, why can't we use tge same money and organize youth tournaments in India itself where we can invite youth teams from decent footballing countries like middle east, africa or even european or south American countries. Inviting such countries would only cost perhaps bit more than what we already spend on these exposure trips and would really expose our team to play against different footballing cultures. In the alternative if aiff do want to organise exposure tours tgen lets send our teams to countries like germany, spain or even croatia where tge club sides and their youth teams are comparatively stronger. That is how we'll learn and get better.

On the other hand it's even better that we go and play away in different xountries, hostile crowds, weather conditions etc. Infra is way better there anyways

It rained today which left puddles on the ground  therefore our team wasn't able to play our pass and move football but our boys adapted quickly and changed their strategy more towards long balls and still managed to score 4 goals and all 4 on Set-Pieces.

A special shout-out to Himanshu Jangra(Scored a hat trick) and all the goals were Headers and guys let me tell you all the Headers were Mind-blowing(no exaggeration).Any top class Striker would be proud of the quality of those headers.

This guy scored a Hat trick in the previous game as well I think but today's headers as well as the delivery on the set-pieces were astonishing.

Both Sridarth and Himanshu it seems are clinical Strikers.
