Was the team managed by Shuvendu panda is destined to participate in this Saff u15?I can only recollect the name of Shubho Paul,who played under Panda and now with Bibiano.I think almost all players in this squad are scouted by Bibiano.

I only hope the performance is taken over to U-19 and then the U-23. The day our U-19 teams starts qualifying for finals is the day football is really moving ahead for me.

not sure if Bibiano scouted the players or not...  The reason u r seeing new set of players is because we have two batches.. one is U-16 & other is U-15.. 

I'm guessing U-15 team with couple of eligible players from U-16 batch will be heading to Uzbekistan for qualifiers..

Hope these 3 players Sridarth,  Jangra & Maheson go on to play for our sr natl team .  Must not lose their way like Bidyananda singh..  After Sept qualifiers, pinto must fast track these 3 to u19 & arrows setup

Can AIFF arrange for this batch to be based in some foreign country like germany, france or spain which have good youth leagues, for 2-3 years and make them participate in that country's national u18 league? I think AIFF has a memorandum of understanding with german FA and some other FAs as well. Besides our diplomatic relations with france are excellent at the moment. So tgey can also agree. It will be expensive but these guys will get the best infrastructure and adequate match practice against quality opposition. I think China did something of this sort?

Bibiano now has a good feel of the competition in and around Asia particularly in this age group and has moulded this team very well accordingly
