Lest you all forgoet, 80% of this Indian team is made of 19-20 year olds, this is verified. AIFF knows it but wont do anything about it. Bibiano is big lynchpin of the age fraud racket.

Uzbekistan and Japan both made it to the semi finals finals and the next FIFA World Cup. Imagine we had two World Cup teams in our group.! So easy to criticize Bibiano and his boys
    Japan 3-1 Australia
    Uzbekistan 2-0 Saudi Arabia

Yeah all because we had super high expectations. I thought we played better than the Australian team which faced Japan today. We need a structure. Long term we can't keep their levels with exposure tour and small batches.

In developed countries. You can see so many players playing in u-17- u-19 u-21 and not have played a single game for the national team. They typically have a bigger pool and don't groom just 30 players to feed the future. The biggest culprit of this debate is not Bibiano neither AIFF. It is our clubs (ISL and I-League) they should do their part. They are happy to sit and relax and just sign whoever fits the bill. We need more clubs to feed players to this pool. AIFF also should support them here instead of spending on tours. We need more coaches which we don't have IMO. We need to fix all this and things will work out. Easy for us to point our finger at one guy to take all the blame.

AIFF (and by extension, FSDL) are responsible. They are over-zealous to implement club licensing, yet they choose to be casual on implementing youth development by the clubs. Of course, clubs would try to wriggle out of it, it is AIFF's prerogative to implement it rigorously. It should cost less than a marquee player's salary, though less glamourous.
On AIFF's side, they need to organise junior league. In stead of a nation wide league, they can make four zonal leagues to cut down cost, travel time and wear-and-tear.
Only the mindset need to be changed.
