@Eastbengalpride Outcomes from IFA's meeting with representatives of 35 clubs -

    1. "Officially" only 100 players are overage
    2. No name will be published, names will be forwarded to respective clubs
    3. Clubs can't field any of them, but they can challenge with digital x - ray report from government / reputed medical institutes

And ATK is just the sponsor organizer is IFA, so far no reaction from ATK.

At a same time IFA / West Bengal's U-15 team's 12 players found overage so IFA decided not to send the team to all India tournament to avoid ban and embarrassment.

@Rohan The catch is if they overage kids get caught by AIFF and IFA gets banned, the bengali media will hound the office bearers till they resign :D

One correction to my earlier post that Big Two are responsible for that ... East Bengal didn't take part in this U-14 league. So can't accuse them.

Well I have a different take. If a 21 year old tries to play in U-14 league (PUN: in order to improve his/her game), then its better he remains in the same level and try to improve throughout his carrier. No need of wasting our precious time to keep a tag of the 'Exciting Prospect'- wonder kid of 21 years old.

Please ban atleast one such player so that others take notice

AIFF U-17 Academy goes down fighting against U-18 Dempo , https://www.the-aiff.com/news-center-details.htm?id=6466

And this is the same team which played in the AFC u16 qualifiers , and won praise from all quarters.....AIFF can't do one thing properly....boy's were sent home after afc qualifiers(where they did well)...after some months they were called back in a makeshift academy for FRENZ u16 tournament(where they didn't impress)....again sent back home after frenz tournament.....after almost 5-6 months called back , to prepare for BRICS tournament where going by current performances we will be thrashed.
