Next season will be exciting as hell. Chelsea will surely shore up their front line with perhaps Diego Costa signing for them. Manchester City will surely work to fix their defense, as well as Liverpool now that they have the money. Arsenal will also probably buy now that we have a good squad and no one will leave like in seasons past.
And Manchester United will be back. They are so big that even a lack of Champions League football won't fully hurt them much from signing top players. Older guys like Giggs, Ferdinand, Vidic, and Evra are probably gone and guys like Shaw or Lalana coming in so they are reviving but slowly.
Tottenham meanwhile won't threaten the top but they will be up there, probably contending with Everton. I expect Newcastle United and Southampton to get better as well and Sunderland under Poyet will get a make-over.
So good stuff next season. The most exciting season of the Premier League ever is just about to begin boys.
Nothing about Arsenal... the defensive partnership of Laurent and Per? Ozil actually joining the club? Aaron Ramsey proving 90% of the world wrong? How after leading the league for over 100 days we still finish 4th?
I mean, Cardiff City? Suarez? If Suarez has made a comeback then Rooney made a better one because Rooney finished 2012-13 a lazy fat oger but has since carried United as much as he could.
Kinda, I mean, everyone said Arsenal would/could/should win the Premier League if they remain fit and/or Giroud is fit. Unfortunetly we could not do that. Injuries started to hit us, we lost big time away from home against the big boys (not the fault of injuries but bad mentality) and we lost momentum.
So in a way what we expected came to life but I still feel had we managed to keep a full squad things would be different. Hopefully it will all be worked out for next season. A trophy should help but we need to make some signings. A 2nd string keeper as Fabianski is leaving. A right back as Sagna is leaving and Jenko is not 100% ready. A DM as Arteta is to slow and Flamini can only do so much. and a striker to complement Giroud.
