  yes....agreed...btw 4 next yaer i think i-lig will be eligible to participate in ACL ..as aiff is very strict this time so you can say 3rd best...

  What do you mean by "participate in ACL"? This year Pune FC participated in qualifiers. previously Dempo and Churchill have participated 3 times in qualifiers. Playing in qualifiers, losing and then playing in AFC Cup doesnt mean much. Our focus should be AFC Cup.

   "participate in ACL"? means indian club will participate in ACL.it is highly likely that every i-lig club will fulfil AFC licence criteria ...means no qualifier ,direct spot in ACL....

  ACL qualifiers
  Dempo in 2009 lost to Sharjah 0-3
  Dempo  in 2011 lost to Al Sadd 0-2
  Churchill in 2010 lost to Al Wahda 2-5.
  
  @preetam I dont see direct spot being given to India in ACL. Our clubs are too weak for that. Qualifiers are the way to go right now.

  but acc. to AFC licence criteria if every team of premier league of the country fulfils it then they will be awarde a spot in champions league regardless of strength of team...thailand club is example....
