Why this late invitation , The team should have been awarded before the transfer season. By this late invite AIFF has denied the new team to actively participate in the transfer market from the beginning it self. Considering I league will start late only after the ISL the new team will get enough time for the preparation . Last year BFC got very little time to prepare for the season even though the end result favored them . That will not happen all the time.
