  As per marcus, 4 teams have been identified for NT friendlies, 2 will be confirmed in next two days.
  
  Due to WAFF championship, we can rule out West Asian nations & Thailand. Russia will be playing 2 away games against Turkmenistan & Laos. Even Tajikistan playing against Hong Kong.
  
  One possibility is Iran/Uzbekistan hosting a 4-team tournament (something similar to last year Nowruz Cup).
  
  1st round
  Iran vs India
  Uzbekistan vs Kyrgyzstan
  
  Final: 
  Winner of Iran/India vs Uzbekistan/Kyrgyzstan

  Marcus just said India will play 2 games at home. 
  
  I don't think Iran will travel to India. (I desperately need that match to happen though, due to personal reasons  ).
