While I think more clubs at IL2 is good news, I still feel clubs has to earn entry, not be invited. The quality will get severely degraded the way it is being conducted. Most of the clubs are locality level amateur clubs. ISL clubs are not serious about IL2. Most clubs are unheard, will be here for this season only.

AIFF is just ticking the boxes for organizing leagues, not putting their heart (or brain, if they have it) into it.

Whatever happened to the Delhi clubs? Hindustan FC, New Delhi Heroes, Delhi City FC, Moonlight FC, Shahdara FC?

Also, Goa clubs could haveen treated better. I would have liked to see Salgaocar, Vasco and others.

I am not even starting on the NE clubs. They should have been here (clubs from MPL, anyone?).

AFAIK Moonlight FC is now Sudeva, intially they were Sudeva Moonlight, now Sudeva Delhi.

Only 1 slot is given to Goa, so gfa has nominated dempo last season champions
