Lets say 1) Crest/emblem of the Club 2) Main sponsor of the club 3) Kit Manufacturer . Now I am not sure that if there is I-League of AFC cup, we need to put their main sponsor also on the jersey. Probably no. <br>
South United were a joke of a team,<div>No training ground , relied only on young local players & former HAL players who were overpaid to convince them all to jump onboard.</div><div><br></div><div>Now with JSW getting all the priorities in Bangalore and taking the cream of the Bangalore players, South Utd have realized they have no sustainability.</div>

<br><div><br></div><div>@gaffertape can i have your thoughts regarding this? I mean I do understand that aiff being strict and all that...but Ranjan Chowdhury can't even make it????</div>
@Rudra<div>Ranjan is an excellent scout and has spotted many a good youngster and nurtured them to the top of the Indian game, but the criticism he faces , is he thinks he knows it all ! No one who has seen him ever thought he was a good COACH</div><div><br></div><div>He believes his outdated training methods and what he has seen in Germany is the only way, and that Rob Baan or any other such Technical Director should listen to him , as he has a plethora of "experience " in Indian football.</div><div><br></div><div>Ranjan cant organize a scientific training session nor can he coach youngsters in the appropriate way. He has relied heavily on age cheating to show "success" both at TFA over the past 2 decades & at PFC in the past years.</div><div><br></div><div>Here is an interesting point made recently, .. : TFA can proudly boast that over the past 20 years a majority of the Indian National team were products of their training , </div><div>prior to TFA India team were ranked around 100, and now we have even flirted with the 160's</div><div>TFA has in no way kept up with the changes in youth development in Asian football let alone world football</div><div>Would we have been better without a TFA ?</div><div>A lot of clubs neglected Youth development and just recruited TFA players once every 2 years, and now TFA cadets assume they should get 20+ laks when they "graduate" </div><div>The better Indian youngsters like Uttam , Brandon etc have never been through TFA !</div><div><br></div><div>These courses being conducted require coaches to be analytical, prepare presentations etc,</div><div>most of these coaches who have failed , have never needed to be accountable.</div><div>Rather than focus on the guys that failed, its good to see younger guys passing the course and hopefully these guys replace the existing AIFF coaches who have done little to nothing so far. </div>
<br><div><br></div><div>Decision on Pailan later today , if Pailan give AIFF advance payment of money ( which will help clear some bills) then there is a chance of a Pailan team for the last season ( as per Prafool's original plan)</div><div><br></div><div>Will Bhaichung to be involved somehow : he obviously is not happy just being Head of FPAI , Owner of USFC, Head of Technical Committee of AIFF , as well as being a registered player in IMG league.</div><div><br></div><div>Once this mess is sorted out , we can have I-League schedule finalized</div>
@joy this rule was there for last season also if i remember correctly...<br><br>but @gaffertape what do you think that most of the 55 A licensed coached have not been contacted by I_League Clubs and forced to train boys at SAI or other school???<br>
