So after two seasons from now, two teams from ileague can enter isl through franchise fee.After that ileague winner will enter isl without access to central revenue.Again after two years, proper structure with 1 league and 1 cup to be implemented ie 2024 season onwards and whose names and no.of teams to be fixed in 2021 itself. Ranjit bajaj seems impressed,so well done aiff and afc.

Expected, also we need to implement 3+1 rule for ISL and I-league which is applicable for AFC tournaments. from next season onwards.

If this road map is followed honestly then Goan club should also not have any problems with coming back to the national scene.
