since their target is to churn out national team players, I think there were doing great but with new academies cropping up lesser no of tfa guys will represent India so they will have to change their thinking pattern and include some foreign coaches or something . also it was quite tough for them to scout best 18 players every two yrs . Hopefully with more grassroot training they might churn up better players. also tata should see some return in thisn as with deepika kumari their was a huge branding
btw dunno why aiff allowed Gopal Maidan for the matches as its shit and every damn event in Jamshedpur is organized there be it book fair or any other fair. Every month atleast 2-3 Events take place at that venue for a week long affair and they dig holes there to put on all the bamboos
