i find that most Arsenal fans love the team for its style of play and the philosophy followed by Wenger despite not winning anything for nearly a decade. Not a single cup won and to have such a huge following is immensly credible..
Most of the other fans would follow a team because of its success in recent times and may switch alligence to another team if the club starts gong downhill.

Only difference between us and Atletico is that we can win the league next season and we won't lose our best players. Atletico need to win the UCL to keep their players.
