I did but then I took it back. Look at some of the middle European leagues or even our very own Asian leagues. A player like Romero Frank who currently plays in the Japanese 2nd Division would not even be allowed in the Malaysian league even though he would make the starting line-ups of every team in that league and Indias.
Seriously, the only way we can get better foreigners if we encourage the clubs to do so. In Denmark Rilwan Hassan is doing very well... he would dominate the Malaysian and Indian leagues but he would not even be allowed as he is a random.
Randoms will happen and honestly, in their defense, they are not totally randoms. All these African and Brazilians have experience in the state leagues of India or other tournaments. The problem at the end of the day comes down to the laziness of our clubs and the scouting.
