@7Negi Ya, kinda, the question is confusing. 1 crore per player or 1 crore for all 3-4 players?
If it is for all 3-4 players then I can't really answer because all the guys I ever mentioned would cost at least 50 lakh each and that is just the lower end of the ones I mention. If you want a good set of 3-4 foreigners then you need to spend more than 1 crore. 3-4 crore at least.
If I was given a budget of 3-4 crores (around $600,000-$800,000 USD if I am not wrong) to sign 3-4 foreigners I would sign first Patrick Gerhardt to marshall my backline. He will be 29 heading into the 2014-15 season, he has experience abroad in the A-League, Bosnia, Romania, and Switzerland leagues. He has also represented Liberia internationally. He is a big, physical player so he would be able to stand up to those African players who seem to rely on strength over skill to score goals. He would cost at most around $80,000-$150,000 for a season.
Second player would be Ramon Nunez of Honduras. The attacking midfielder will be 29 next season and is a free agent. He has played in MLS and the Championship for Leeds United. He also played in Mexico's Liga MX. He is also an international with Honduras. He would cost around $80,000. My third player would be Mark Hartmann of the Philippines. He has scored 21 goals so far this season in 17 games and at the age of 22 he would perhaps like a move to a country where the challenge could mouth-watering. I am guessing he would cost around $50,000-$150,000.
And my final player would be Quincy Owusu-Abeyie. The former Arsenal, Moscow, and Panathinankos man is currently a free agent at the age of 28. He is a winger and has 18 caps for Ghana. He would probably cost $200,000 for the whole season.
Three of the Four I mentioned above. Gerhardt at the back. Nunez in the middle and Hartmann up front (Filipino). Probably costs less than 3 crore as well.
