But ya @Debarghya89 I think I also read somewhere that playing in the Champions League or Europa League whatever can also count. This sort of indicates that.
Also Josh Walker did play in the Premier League so either way, he qualifies. Hell, even a player like Elroy Smith qualifies (Gold Cup for Belize). Every player for Palestine will qualify next year.
