Okay, so good coaching and experienced center-backs... why not go abroad and get them from people more competent than the ones in India? Again, I see him as a back-up mainly in MLS but as a potential starter. Whether it is there or any other similar country, he can train and learn and hopefully develop into a better player.
I don't want to see him stay here, play for Mohun Bagan or whatever, and eventually have his career stalled. The guy is 21, he has what it takes, at least I believe so.
How old is he then? I mean, I am a advocate for players in leagues like Japan, Australia etc staying in India and really establishing themselves before moving to, say, Europe but I am still not sure here. I am guessing it depends on how old he is? Never thought we would see age fraud in Chandigarh.
@Ashindia Same, I never knew him but I find it hard to believe he is an age cheat. When he first arrived in the I-League at the age of 19 he looked like a 19 year old.
Also, note about that last post, that was a mistake by me on my wording about the Japanese and Aussies staying in India.
Bharat FC have announced their 2nd foreign player signing- English defender Robert ‘Bobby’ Hassell. Bobby, has played as centre-back, right-back, holding midfielder and even in goal, during his 10 years at Barnsley FC!

I saw him closely all season...especially in U23's...
He needs a few more years of good coaching and playing alongside experienced Center Backs
