If Mridul Banerjee passes the A Licence exam, he will be the Official Coach. Otherwise there will again be a hunt and the "Capable Duo" of Srinjoy & Debasish will discover somebody. Subhash Bhowmik in all probability will be designated as the Technical Manager or something like that so that there is no legal problem.

One positive thing is (again as per Bengali Media) Garcia will be the Physio. He did some splendid work with United SC previously.
