Well, TFA does have under 10 and under 12 guys nowadays with an aim to induct these guys into main academy from 2016 but they are from Jamshedpur itself no outsiders and they are also running such stuff in other TATA towns in Jharkhand and Orissa.

What Indian football requires is huge amount of money being invested for building a world class youth talent for kids whether they are from a rich or poor background. This huge amount of money can also be used to set up football clubs which in turn will benefit the poor by creating jobs for their children.
