KB Reserves finished last. Highly disappointing considering other Kerala local players beat players signed by KBFC(almost 8) from other states. Tells them to look inwards first than signing other people. Very little has been done in terms of youth development.
Luca SC and Gokulam B barring the departure of their important players ,Otherwise could have qualified. I heard at least they played well. Very interesting season kudos to KFA.
KFA also approved building several pitches this year. I think they will have 40 more pitches by the end of next year. Great work by CM supporting all theses initiatives
Not sure how much Sports kerala keeps this updated, but they already have enough grounds. Proper coaching infra is missing https://dsya.kerala.gov.in/facilities
oh almost forgot about this tournamanet since it began early which is actually a good thing . Failure of GKFC, KBFC, KUFC should be introspected in detail. I expect them to qualify for semis by default. Also it is a shame.
The following state leagues have been completed. (A shoutout to awayend.co for maintaining state leagues tables)
1. Kerala: Golden Threads FC 2. West Bengal: Mohammedan SC 3. Karnataka: FC Bengaluru United 4. Delhi: Delhi FC 5. Punjab: BSF 6. Manipur: KLASA FC 7. Madhya Pradesh: Eagles FC 8. Jammu & Kashmir: J&K Bank
Maharashtra, Goa & Gujarat state leagues are currently going on.
There are 37 state associations affiliated to AIFF and only 11 are listed above.
2022 Kerala Women's League fixtures announced. The league to start tomorrow. The number of teams have been increased from 6 to 10. Each team will play 9 games each. Heard there are squad rules this time - Min 6 Kerala players and Max 1 foreigner on the pitch.
Teams: Gokulam Kerala FC Don Bosco FA Kerala United FC Kadathanad Raja FA Luca SC Kerala Blasters FC Basco FC Emirates SC Lords FA St. Berthalomeo FA
I dont know if this is the right thread to ask this ??
Does CFL have clubs from other than Kolkata ?? Do Kolkata district has a different league and District association ?? Football in West Bengal other than Kolkata is almost not visible to outside of WB.
