finally?? that is not a word you can say to pune fc... they do have few guys who have been giving results having came from academy..
i would prefer a academy product from them coming through ranks of u-14 to u-19 to first team.. then we should see how good players the academy can produce... the current set of players are basically with the born talents scouted by PFC more than the raw talents who could be converted into top class talents (in standard of at least sunil chetri)... so far no academy is producing proper talents i would say... they are just screening the crowd to pick who can kick the football well
Mumbai Tigers part 2 may be on the corner.... though there is enough time left for them to create the team.... However, I suspect this is going to be the team filled of indian players who couldnt get an i-league team post ISL...
Wish them luck. If they are relegation free like bfc, then for the first year they may try with good young players ( u 19 s , with good sets of foreigners, youth prospects on loan from I league clubs and few veterans like subrata paul from isl).
Khalid Jamil?? that is a surprise shortlist to me... with Mumbai fc seeming to sign few players so early and signed an agreement with a sport venture for grassroot development, i thought they would keep Khalid who know the club well in their first season which looks like been a positive start
