1) Many times games are at the same time so all games cannot be televised. Only Ten Action is showing them.
2)Due to cost cutting measures, they omit Shillong games. Last time they barely showed 5 Shillong games out of 20-25 home games.
3) What if they close down Salt lake stadium for renovation? Natural Turf? Then go back to Kalyani Stadium for EB, MB games for 2:30 PM kick off.
4) Bengaluru FC will continue playing in their half broken stadium. that has no floodlights.
5) PuneFC, Mumbai FC and Kalyani Team will play at Balewadi in evening time. So they ask other teams in Kolkata, Goa for early kickoff. I guess Duler Ground also do not have Floodlights and Duler, Vasco are the preferred stadiums for Goa clubs.
Lets say 4 games on TV in a typical I-League round. So we will see 2 games in Pune in Floodlights in front of empty stands, 1 afternoon Kalyani Stadium game from Calcutta and 1 afternoon Duler Ground game from Goa.
What will you do for rest of the 10 months after ISL ??? How will the players remain fit ?? Nobody likes the way I-League is run but end of the day that is oxygen of Indian Football.
I-League is managed by the same people who manage ISL but revenue is diverted into different channels in both the tournament.. hence it is treated like this ....
