Nice to see good crowd numbers at Pune FC Home games. They are having best attendances as compared to previous seasons. Mumbai FC also good crowd number since they moved to Mumbai

MB also had good support in the gallery yesterday. Very noisy. Some traveling fans and some local Bengali (IT crowd).

Rules of the I-League as far as I know remain the same... the top team at the end are champions and the bottom team are relegated. I shall be doing separate round threads for Round 10, Round 11, Round 20, Round 21, and Round 22.

Clean sheets win you Leagues ...

    I-League 2014-15 [ Clean Sheets (Home) / (AWAY) : TOTAL
    1. Bengaluru FC  : 3 | 4 :  7
    2. Mohun Bagan  : 3 | 4 :  7
    3. Dempo SC :       2 | 4 :  6
    4. Wahingdoh FC:  3 | 2 :  5
    5. Bharat FC :         3 | 1 :  4
    6. Shillong Lajong:1 | 3 :  4
    7. Mumbai FC   :     2 | 1 :  3
    8. SCdeGoa  :   1 | 2 :  3
    9. East Bengal : 2 | 1 :  3
    10. Salgaocar : 1 | 1 :  2
Whilst Bharat FC might be mid table based on clean sheets , their 8 goals in 14 games is the reason they are where they are in the League table.

Salgaocar lack of Clean sheets  ?? The blame lies squarely in the palms of Subrata Pal, he finally lost his place to the more consistent BUT less talented Karanjit , and instantly gets the all important win away to Lajong

East Bengal were also always going to be at the bottom of this pile , given their calamitous Goalkeepers , take away Ranty's contribution , and they would be in the relegation zone...

ONCE WE ADD THE GOAL SCORING ANALYSIS HOME & AWAY...we will also paint a definitive picture...
