Considering how he has built a team out of nothing and won on their Debut appearance is almost unheard of in any league in the world. I agree they have corporate backing but it's nothing like What City and Chelsea have, they can get who ever they want. Building it with fringe players and turning them into stars is a great achievement. Almost everyone in BFC has improved and become a better player under him. I am certain he must still have links with Fergie. He was one of his earlir academy graduates.
