Victorino Fernandes, Gurjinder, T Haokip, B Haokip, Seityasen Singh should have been there atleast in 32 if not in the final squad. Constantine should see more I-League games and fitness/injury should also be considered. Why Subhasis Roy Chaudhary is not there while Red card prone Subrata Pal again? are they making hat trick of Red Card at WCQ with Pal? Also it looks like end of road as far as National Team is considered for Gouramangi Singh, Clifford Miranda, Syed Rahim Nabi, Nirmal Chhetri??
actually you cant expect new coach to come up with a perfect squad within days..so some absentees are fine for the time being..soon when he completely takes charge then we can cry..for now its a pretty good squad list
Also, the squad will never be perfect. Even if we had Arsene Wenger as coach we would see certain guys missing and some surprises but this squad seems to have a lot more surprises than I expected.
