Budget is not any consideration while appointing coach. I remember FIFA was paying Bob houghton salary, not AIFF.. Salary of Wim Koevarmans as well as Stephen Constantine used to come from central government- Sports Ministry. But then they must be haing some limit 20 thousand dollars or around that figure.

Reliance will not do shit apart from ISL...am sure they are not going to open their purse for a single paisa on the NT coach!!
