There is no point moving to another club to be 2nd choice. He needs to move to become first choice and I think the off season now is a good chance for that.
I just looked through the squads of most of the teams in Norway's top division. Tough to say which one he could probably be number 1 in since we don't have much to go on in terms of how he would do. Maybe a loan to the 2nd Division would be best for him for now.
