Haha, exactly. I mean, I believe he should be with the national team and based on yesterdays friendly he has improved but last season he was prone sometimes to some appalling mistakes.
Also, am I am the only one that hates "Europe". Just say that he is good enough for a quality league. Europe can mean anything from England to San Marino. Maybe its because I am American but I just don't like it.
Gurpreet will improve there i hope he makes it to first team but this man Joe morrison is hyping him alot on twitter he once tweeted that Gurpreert is his Aiff player of year because he has a permenent contract in europe :P
Agree fully with @goalkeeper. Just look at the post from the Indian Soccer Live page... he played against a promoted 2nd tier team for gods sake in a friendly and people are hyping him up.
It will only set us up for disappointment when there #1 comes back from the African Nations Cup and Gurpreet is on the bench.
It is pretty much set-up for an uproar when he does not play in the league. Maybe I am overdoing it here but I don't want us to do what US Soccer fans do and overrate any youngster who seems promising. Gurpreet is good and should be #1 in the future but to already praise him for being the 2nd Indian Footballer ever played for the 1st team of a top division European club is a bit to much considering it was friendly and who it was against.
