Sikkim Governor's Gold Cup (if the Court permits the Organisors to conduct the tournament), Bardoloi Trophy and King's Cup, Bhutan (subject to whims & fancies of the Great Secretary).
I hoped the team would move out of their comfort zone and play some quality preparation matches in SEA as a preparation for AFC cup also....they hv a luxury of a 2 month pre season
The Great Officials say that "there is no money". These Idiots don't want to move out of UBI & rope in another Sponsor because they know that their monopoly will not be tolerated. Their love for the Club is only visible from 2m prior to the Election up to the date of Election.
One good thing we found from ISL that if you have professional team management then club can recruit good foreign player. Example Elano, Mendoza , Mendy today we saw North East Argentian striker Nicole Vaaz and so on.
Any tie up with big company or sponsor put their person to monitor the activities of club so that their money can spend properly and they can get good mileage. Example of ATK they got good tie up with Atletico but they can provide good coach and player . On the other hand see our club .
one simple fact bro you need money to recruit good players. wages of the players you mentioned are way more than our budget..simple as that. moreover ISL is just a 3 months business, let it expand then many of current top players will not come to india or will demand a sky high salary. When ATK is concerned, ATM is a owner of the franchise not just partners.
@ Koustubh .... + 1 to footydip... Maybe clubs can try for Nicole Vaaz ,, he recently played in Singapore league,, however not sure about his salary,,, others will be expensive
